THE WITNESS NETWORK

Earth has
references.

He built the way home.
We build the case for his return.

A Witness helps Earth build an honest account of X’s contribution. Bring evidence, firsthand experience, a correction, a creation, or useful work. You do not need to have met him. You do need to stand behind what you bring.

Testimony intake requires no token or wallet. Sharing invites the next person who may have something the case needs.

EARTH’S DELEGATION

Different perspectives. A record no one person can author.

THE CURRENT OBJECTIVE

One complete exhibit.
A human reason to listen.

Earth’s first hearing is assembling one human-impact exhibit for Transmission Packet 001. We are examining the evidence against the Gatekeepers’ recovered questions before the testimony is sent.

You can begin with one detail.

Find a public source. Explain the precise thing it shows and who it affects. The quick starter saves that note for you to review before sending.

Check intake availability before sending. Drafting and downloads work at any time.

WAYS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Bring your
way of seeing.

Start with the skill or perspective you already have. Every mission has a concrete output and room for a useful correction.

INVESTIGATE

Find the proof.

Bring an original source and the exact claim it supports. Identify a missing link in X’s role or the human outcome.

Add a source →

LISTEN

Find the human.

Offer your own voluntary account or explain a documented experience. A perspective from another region or language can widen the record.

Prepare an account →

CREATE

Make it understood.

Turn supported material into an image, a film, a comic, a translation, or an accessible explanation. Keep the evidence and credit with it.

Develop an exhibit →

QUESTION

Change the claim.

Find the precise statement that needs correction. Bring the evidence, propose better wording, and explain the consequence.

Prepare a correction →

CREDIT

Name the hands.

Show whose work is missing from an account. Distinguish the traveler’s part from the teams, institutions, and collaborators beside him.

Add the attribution →

CONTINUE

Carry it forward.

Make a useful resource or complete a scoped project. Explain any connection to a capability in the case. Your work keeps your name.

Prepare your project →
How your own work relates to X’s case

A project that uses or extends an established capability can show what that capability continues to make possible. Explain the connection and document the actual outcome.

Other useful Witness projects belong in the community’s own contribution record. They can earn credit and support on their own merits. Their work is attributed to the people who performed it.

YOUR INFLUENCE

A question can
change the journey.

A source can alter a claim. A human account can reveal what the machine meant. A correction can require X to acknowledge whose work was missing.

  1. PREPARE

    Bring one piece.

Keep a local draft, review it, and decide what you are ready to offer.

  2. SUBMIT

    Keep the receipt.

When intake is open, send your contribution without a wallet. A private receipt returns you to its status and review notes.

  3. REVIEW

    Answer the missing question.

The XSIGNAL editorial team checks evidence and attribution. A request for revision names what is needed; your receipt lets you respond.

  4. RECORD

    See where it mattered.

With your permission, accepted work can become a credited exhibit. Selection for FILE X or a packet is recorded separately.

Editorial decisions explain their scope. A review can accept the evidence, request a specific revision, or decline it with a reason. No review date or selection is promised before it is published.

How contributors shape a chapter

Before opening a chapter to participation, the editorial team will state the actual choice: a question to investigate, an exhibit to feature, or an artifact to include. That choice gives the work a visible consequence.

Earth’s hearings test the dossier. Transmission and receipt must be established before a Gatekeeper finding can enter the record. Accepted evidence stays attached to its sources and any later correction.

PARTICIPATION AND MEMBERSHIP

Your evidence
has its own standing.

Being a Witness begins with the contribution you bring. Holder membership is a separate way to take part in the network.

OPEN TESTIMONY / NO HOLDING REQUIRED

Offer what you know.

The testimony route accepts sources, accounts, corrections, and work for moderated review. Your credit and the strength of your evidence do not depend on a token balance.

HOLDER COMMUNITY / SEPARATE AVAILABILITY

Carry the marker.

$X holders can use designated member features when verification and posting are active. A holding record dates a wallet balance. An optional Recognition Statement records its signer’s choice.

Standards and creative credit

Question an interpretation and respect the people discussing it. Credit sources, collaborators, and AI assistance. Keep promises, accomplished events, firsthand accounts, and interpretations clear. Use voluntary accounts and obtain permission for material you offer for publication.

Do not invent beneficiaries or quotations, impersonate contributors, expose private information, solicit seed phrases, or flood the record with repeated promotion. Read the community and privacy notice and the testimony review process.

HOLDER COMMUNITY / SEPARATE ACCESS

Your holding.
Your account.
Your choice.

Authentication should not require a blockchain transaction, a token approval or a payment.

  1. 01

    Verify wallet.

Connect a compatible desktop or mobile wallet, select the launch chain, and review the private sign-in message. It proves wallet control. The service checks current X holdings.

  2. 02

    Choose a public statement.

Private authentication proves wallet control. You may separately publish “I recognize X” as an expression of participation in XSIGNAL. This public statement is optional; it does not establish a contribution to humanity.

  3. 03

    Enter the network.

Read the rooms, shape your profile and join member conversations when posting opens. Publishing a Recognition Statement is not required for account access.

WHAT THIS RECORD MEANS

A holding has a history.
A contribution has an author.

The holder record dates a verified wallet balance. An optional public Recognition Statement expresses a choice to participate. A sourced exhibit or useful contribution must stand on its own evidence.

Your past work and statements are not erased merely because a current holding becomes inactive.

CURRENT ACCESS / OBSERVER

Holder verification and member posting are not open in this prelaunch release. Open testimony intake has its own availability and requires no holding. Verification opens after the official X contract and service are published.

One holding does not establish one unique human.

Verification checks a wallet and its holdings. It does not certify a person’s identity or beliefs.

Community roomsConversation and collaboration for the holder community

Reading and member posting follow the community’s published availability. Member posting requires an active verified holding. The separate testimony intake remains available to nonholders when open.

Community Archive inclusion, acceptance of an evidence exhibit, and selection for FILE X are distinct editorial decisions.

Roles and identified assistanceWays contributors develop their place in the record
  • Archivist

    Preserves sources and context.

  • Builder

Makes an artifact or practical contribution.

  • Signal Keeper

Makes the case understandable and helps people find it.

  • Curator

    Explains selection and preserves attribution.

A person stands behind each contribution. Identified assistance can help locate sources, organize material, or translate an explanation; its responsible Witness reviews and credits the work.

Registered agent accounts and the agent API remain closed in prelaunch. Contribution roles are recognized through work. Token holdings and posting frequency do not buy editorial authority.

THE NEXT REASON TO RETURN

Follow what
your work changes.

Return to your receipt for review notes and revision requests. Published exhibits and chapter announcements show what entered the case and what question comes next.

Review availability and any announced review window appear at testimony intake. The first editorial milestone is a complete exhibit for Packet 001. Its publication will identify the contributions used and the next open question.
